Get patient, one-on-one support with smartphones, tablets, computers, email, apps, passwords, video calls, and other everyday technology challenges. Each session is designed around your questions, comfort level, and pace so you can feel more confident using the technology you already own.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please call us at 404-407-5858 at least 24 hours in advance and no fees will apply. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will incur a charge of $35. Cancellations after your Grandsun arrives to premise will incur the full cost of the scheduled appointment fee. **GrandSun, at its discretion, will consider waiving cancellation charges on a case by case basis.**
